Cost Planning & Control
  • Prepare a cost management plan and manage the project budget according to the plan
  • Prepare a project budget vs. expenditure budget review reports
  • Update overall project cost management
  • Ensure that invoices and progress certificates are prepared and comply with the project budget
  • Report on project costs, compared to budget, actual expenditure, forecast and collate reasons for deviations
  • Provide updates on project costs to include in the weekly project report
  • Prepare and update and issue monthly cash flow reports
  • Prepare monthly earned value reports
Cost Management
  • Management of budgets, commitments, actual spend and cost forecasts at completion
